The goal of a MRF is to efficiently and cost effectively process materials into a clean end product. In the second phase of our design principles we liberate dirt, grit, food particles and glass shards that are stuck to the commodities. By agitating the material, our high amplitude rubber and steel disc screens shake loose fines to clean your streams while also liberating fluffy, high-volume 2D material from rigid 3D material.
