Transformative Integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

CP Group offers two AI-based sortation configurations for MRF quality control lines, each suited to different throughput requirements and facility constraints. Both systems are powered by Recycleye, whose vision AI and neural network technology enables real-time material identification and extraction across mixed waste streams:

  • Vivid Air™ — Air ejection-based extraction for high-volume QC line automation. Processes material at up to 10x the picks per minute of mechanical arm or manual sortation, with single- or dual-eject configurations available.
  • Vivid Bot™ — Robotic arm extraction suited for lower-volume positions and tighter retrofit constraints.

For facilities focused on data visibility, Vivid Vision™ provides material stream monitoring and characterization. Also powered by Recycleye, it supports real-time operating decisions and audit reporting:

  • Vivid Vision™ — Vision-only sensor system for real-time material characterization analysis. Compatible with Vivid Air™ or Vivid Bot™, or deployable as a standalone unit on most conveyor belts.

Dynamic Adaption to Evolving Waste Streams

Leveraging sensor technologies and real-time data analysis, AI-driven systems adapt dynamically to evolving waste streams. This adaptability ensures maximum recovery rates while minimizing contamination, contributing significantly to sustainable resource management efforts on a global scale.

Stategic Leap Forward in MRF Solutions

Incorporating AI into material recovery facilities represents a strategic leap forward in our pursuit of innovative waste management solutions. AI algorithms continuously learn from vast datasets, enabling our sorting systems to evolve intelligently over time and adapt to diverse waste compositions.

Empowering Precision and Efficiency

By harnessing the power of AI-driven automation, material recovery facilities can operate with unparalleled precision and efficiency. This empowerment drives advancements in recycling technology and facilitates the transition towards a circular economy, shaping a more sustainable future for generations to come.
