Burlington County MRF Installation

The system sorts a variety of recyclables, including recyclable paper, cardboard, glass, steel, aluminum and plastic containers by using advanced sorting technology from the CP Group.

Equipment list includes a drum feeder, multiple screens with proprietary disc technology, a glass trommel and glass cleanup system, multiple magnets, 2 MSS Aladdin™ optical sorters, and two Two-Ram balers.

 

 

Australia — 30 TPH Material Recovery Facility

CP Group, in conjunction with Australian distributor Wastech, commissioned a state-of-the-art single stream co-mingled material recovery facility (MRF) for Perthwaste in Bibra Lake, Australia. The recycling facility processes 30 tons per hour.

 

 

PVT Land Co. to turn C&D debris into renewable fuel

PVT Land Co. releases a video following the opening of its new 4-acre facility, designed to process construction and demolition (C&D) debris. The facility, engineered, manufactured and installed by San-Diego based CP Group, has been built on PVT’s landfill in Nanakuli, Hawaii. C&D debris will be converted into a renewable fuel that will be used as a fuel source for a gasification facility being planned by Honua Power LLC.
 

High-Tech Material Recovery Facility – Texas

CP Group designed and installed this new technologically advanced MRF in Texas, which is capable of processing more than 140,000 tons of material yearly. The facility uses a highly automated monitoring system with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) to continually monitor operations, as well as optical sorting technology to maximize recovery of plastics. The recycling system is capable of processing approximately 35 tons per hour of residential single stream material, and 25 tons per hour of commercial and industrial recyclable material, from communities, businesses and industry throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
